Core enforcement is working 

3 homes that were condemned were bought by investors and are in various stages of repair.All needed roofs  they are repaired and without a waterproof roof it does not take long for a total loss. When completed and inspected there will be 4 units available 

Code enforcement is a slow process to get things done but we are moving forward. There is still a lot of work to be done. We are not nit picking.We are trying to preserve the buildings we have.
