The meeting was held at Tremont Boro Hall Tremont Pa November 14th from 6:00 to 9:00 PM

Representatives from the DEP,Environmental Justice part of DEP and Mining also attending the meeting

were Senator Argall, Representative Jo Ann Stehr , 3 County Comissioners and various Township Supervisors.

There were many citizens from the affected areas.There were no represenatives from any of the companies accused of Odor emissions

There were many questions and complaints aired at the meeting.They were all answered by DEP to the best that they could answer them. The DEP has has for the lsat month a crew of people roaming around affected areas at different hours of the day. The DEP said they would keep trying to correct issues but they can only act within the laws that are written about this subject There were questions about mining permits near the watershed in Joliett also about mining near homes in Good Spring

It was aked how come all these type of businesses are locating in the west end and what can be done to stop them from coming in. DEP said to call your state Representatives and local authorities when they are going to locate to our area.Maybe zoning can stop them
