At our last meeting we approved the starting of a comprehensive plan for the township.

We will be laying out what we want our township to look like in the future and we will need public input into this project It will start slow on our end the engineers will start soon on doing a lot of background and foundational work. I really think it will be the forerunner to our own zoning board.Time will tell .Also public involvement will be a must 

The comprehensive plan will take about 18 months the cost will be around $40,000.00

Zoning is expensive and time consuming But if we go this way we can have our own say on land use but can only go as far as what the law permits
